Returns and exchanges

Purchases made on bumsociety.com are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original packaging intact to be eligible for return. Please note that the shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to return or exchange your order start out by sending an e-mail to returns@bumsociety.com, put your order No in the subject line and await further information.

SPECIAL NOTE: Any item that have been uniquely customized for the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds. Preorders are eligible for exchanges.
