No two pairs end up exactly the same, even if they started out that way.
How they are worn changes the result.

That doesn’t happen quickly. It comes from repeated use and from small changes that happen over time.
From the first wear, the boots should already feel right. There is no break-in period to push through. The leather is soft enough to move and starts adapting from the beginning.

But it does not stay the same.
Creases appears form where movement repeats. The leather softens further with pressure and heat. Edges wear from contact and the shape gradually adjusts to the person wearing them.

Nothing dramatic ever happens overnight.
But over time, the boots begin to carry traces of the person wearing them.
That is part of what we like about leather. It remembers.
